What is LB4P Rewards?

Our rewards club let us show our appreciation for having you here! By joining up to our loyalty scheme, you can earn points for each purchase or social media following to receive discounts or free shipping from future orders.

Who can join?

Anyone can join our loyalty club, all you need to do is sign up to start earning!

How do you earn points?

You can earn points by purchasing eco-friendly items, by creating an account or by following us on social media. For full details, read our guidance above.

How do I see my balance?

You can view your balance within your customer account or by selecting the LB4P rewards button.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, log into your loyalty account and select 'Redeem' next to the rewards you have available. You will be shown a discount code on screen (this is also sent to your email address), simply add the code at checkout and your discount will be applied. 

How does Refer a Friend work?

In your loyalty account, you can share your URL with a friend or family members. This URL can be copied or sent via Facebook, Twitter or Email. Your friend or family member will receive 10% off their first order, and you will receive a 10% discount once their order has been placed. Discounts for all!
