Jo from Valley Mist lives just up the road from us in Preston. She is a really good egg. She creates all her products herself and has grown her business to now be able to go full-time. We love how passionate she is! That's the incredible thing about the plastic free community - you get to see all the small independent businesses grow!

Jo has natural skincare at the core of her skincare business. The list of ingredients show just how seriously she takes it. All her packaging is plastic free, her products such as her moisturiser come in useful little tins that can be reused for multiple things when the cream runs out, her cardboard tubes from her lip balm biodegrade - it's all be thought of! 

Valley Mist is a really exciting brand to be working with. Like with most of our suppliers, manufacturing in the UK, and in this case, literally just up the road, it is a big priority for us as a plastic free shop. Ethical production, whilst using natural and organic ingredients is super important both to us and to Jo. It's a partnership made in heaven, eh!
